TCC® range, Dockweiler – Tubes and fittings for technical gases and industrial applications
The TCC® range is designed for conveying technical gases in the semiconductor, photovoltaic and process measurement industries.
It covers a wide range of applications: compressed air supply, production of solar cells and LED components, CFOS applications, heat exchangers and medical oxygen supply.
Surface finishes
Bright annealed. Internal Ra ≤ 0.80 µm (32 µin).
Cleaning and inspection according to ASTM A632 S3 and ASTM G93 Level D.
Degreased for gas service in accordance with CGA G-4.1-2018.
Material
AISI 316L stainless steel with controlled sulphur content, ensuring optimal orbital weldability.
Maximum hardness: 180 HV (DIN EN ISO 6507-1) / 90 HRB (DIN EN ISO 6508-1).
Dimensional standards
The range is available in two dimensional systems: Imperial (ASTM A269 / A270) and Metric (DIN 11866).
Seamless tubes up to 1″, welded or seamless above.
Standard length: 5,900 to 6,090 mm.
Traceability and packaging
Each component is supplied with its 3.1 material certificate according to DIN EN 10204.
Tubes and fittings are permanently marked: Dockweiler reference, DW number, dimensions, material grade, heat number.
Tubes and fittings are capped with white/transparent PE caps and packed in sealed polyethylene sleeves. Batch label with full TCC traceability.
