Pipetite® Standard Flexible Seal
How do you seal cleanly around a pipe or cable passing through a wall in a hygienic environment?
Pipetite® provides the answer: a flexible, self-sealing sleeve in hygienic silicone on a 316L stainless steel flange, which replaces sealing silicone and follows movements without breaking the seal. All without mastic or filler material.

Pipetite® Standard wall sleeve for sealing around a single pipe passing through a wall, partition or ceiling. Flexible silicone cone with self-sealing lips on a polished 316L stainless steel flange. Slid over the end of the pipe to be installed, then screwed to the wall, without mastic or filler material. Five sizes covering pipe diameters from 5 to 180 mm, to be trimmed along the moulded marks. Service range -50 °C to +250 °C, FDA-compliant silicone.
What it is for
The Pipetite® Standard is the basic sleeve in the range. It is the reference to choose whenever the pipe is new or can be dismantled during installation: slide it over the end, screw the flange to the wall, and the seal is assured. For a pipe already in place, refer to the ReBoot®.
The sealing lip forms a permanent seal that tolerates line movements: vibration, thermal expansion, slight misalignment. Where a rigid cover plate would eventually leave a gap, the Pipetite® Standard stays sealed.
The sleeve has moulded marks with engraved dimensions. It is trimmed to the exact pipe diameter with the Pipetite® cutting tool. A single model thus covers its entire range: the 0-25 accepts any pipe from 5 to 25 mm, the 100-180 any pipe from 100 to 180 mm.

Frequently asked questions
Standard or ReBoot®?
Standard for a pipe yet to be installed or that can be dismantled, slid over the end. ReBoot® for a pipe already in place, with a split design that avoids dismantling. Same sealing performance.
How is it trimmed to the pipe diameter?
With the Pipetite® cutting tool, following the moulded marks with engraved dimensions. The cut is clean and leaves an even lip.
Is mastic or an additional seal needed?
No. The self-sealing lips provide the seal by themselves. No filler material to maintain.
