Pipetite® Pipe’n’pipe Flexible Seal
How do you seal cleanly around a pipe or cable passing through a wall in a hygienic environment?
Pipetite® provides the answer: a flexible, self-sealing sleeve in hygienic silicone on a 316L stainless steel flange, which replaces sealing silicone and follows movements without breaking the seal. All without mastic or filler material.
Pipe n Pipe, sealing sleeve for pipe-in-sleeve penetrations
Specialised pipe-in-pipe silicone sleeve, five sizes, ReBoot® version in 100 x 0-75
Pipe n Pipe, a Pipetite® sleeve designed for sealing a pipe passing through a larger-diameter sleeve or protective tube. It handles both seals at once: between the sleeve and the wall, and between the inner pipe and the sleeve. Reinforced lip for sealing between the two tubes. FDA-compliant silicone on a 316L stainless steel flange. Five sizes covering the most common sleeve combinations. Pipe n Pipe ReBoot® version available in 100 x 0-75 for installation on an assembly already in place.
What it is for
In a penetration with a protective sleeve, sealing must be ensured in two places: between the sleeve and the wall, and between the inner pipe and the sleeve. A conventional wall sleeve only addresses the first point. The Pipe n Pipe is specifically designed for this configuration of two concentric tubes.
This situation arises whenever a pipe must be mechanically protected at the penetration, or when its later replacement is planned without touching the sleeve. It is common in food processing and pharmaceuticals on pipework passing through a zone wall.
The reinforced lip of the Pipe n Pipe is moulded to seal specifically against the inner pipe, while the base seals against the sleeve. The internal geometry accepts standardised diameter combinations, designated in the format ‘sleeve diameter x pipe diameter’.
A Pipe n Pipe ReBoot® version exists in 100 x 0-75 mm: it uses the ReBoot® split principle to fit the sleeve around a pipe-plus-sleeve assembly that is already installed. Other sizes are announced as under development.

Frequently asked questions
When is a Pipe n Pipe needed rather than a Standard?
Whenever the penetration includes a protective sleeve around the process pipe. A Pipetite® Standard only seals between the sleeve and a wall. The Pipe n Pipe seals between two concentric tubes.
How do I choose the size combination?
Based on the two diameters: the outer sleeve first, the inner pipe second. The 100 x 0-75 accommodates a 100 mm sleeve with an inner pipe of 0 to 75 mm.
Is the Pipe n Pipe ReBoot® available in other sizes?
As of the date of the source brochure, only one size (100 x 0-75) is available. The range is announced as under development; check at the time of ordering.
