ASME BPE range, Dockweiler – Tubes and fittings for pharmaceutical fluids
The ASME BPE range is designed for conveying clean fluids in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
It meets the requirements of pre-treated water networks, non-oxidising products and sterile compressed air, as well as process skid manufacturing.

Material
AISI 316L stainless steel with controlled sulphur content, ensuring optimum weldability.
Dimensional standards
The ASME BPE code incorporates the imperial dimensional standard (compliant with DIN 11866 series C)
Traceability and packaging
Each component is supplied with its 3.1 material certificate.
Tubes and fittings are marked (grade, batch number, heat number, dimensions).
Fittings are packed in individual polyethylene sleeves with capped ends.
Tubes are oxygen-degreased in accordance with ASTM A632 S3.
