Dockweiler Microelectronics catalogue
Ultron® range, Dockweiler – Ultra High Purity tubes and fittings for microelectronics
The Ultron® range is designed for conveying ultra high purity (UHP) gases in the semiconductor and fine chemicals industries.
It meets the requirements of sensitive applications:
microelectronics process gas supply, LED component production, high-purity chemical supply and precision analytical instrumentation.
Surface finishes
| Finish | Average internal Ra | Average external Ra |
| High-purity electropolished | Ra avg ≤ 0.18 µm (7 µin) | Ra avg ≤ 1.0 µm (40 µin) |
| Ultra-high-purity electropolished | Ra avg ≤ 0.13 µm (5 µin) – on request | Ra avg ≤ 1.0 µm (40 µin) |
Tubes and fittings prepared for orbital welding. Electropolishing according to Dockweiler procedure Doc. 8.4-40/3.1/3.3.1. Degreased for ultra-pure gas service in accordance with CGA G-4.1-2018 and ASTM G93 Level A.
Material
AISI 316L stainless steel with controlled sulphur content, ensuring optimal orbital weldability and maximum purity control in ultra-high-purity environments.
Maximum hardness: 180 HV (DIN EN ISO 6507-1) / 90 HRB (DIN EN ISO 6508-1).
Dimensional standards
The range is available in two dimensional systems: Imperial (ASTM A269 / A270) and Metric (DIN 11866).
Seamless tubes up to 1″, roll-formed and welded above.
Standard length: 5,900 to 6,090 mm
Traceability and packaging
Each component is supplied with its 3.1 material certificate according to DIN EN 10204.
Tubes and fittings are permanently marked: Dockweiler reference, DW number, dimensions, material grade, heat number.
Cleaning and packaging in an ISO Class 4 / Federal Class 10 cleanroom.
Tubes and fittings filled with N₂ nitrogen 99.9998 % (inert gas included), capped with PA/PE squares and yellow PE caps, in sealed double polyethylene sleeves, ensuring a particulate purity level compliant with microelectronics requirements.
Batch label on the sleeve with full Ultron® traceability.
